Sushi!

My friend took me out for sushi last weekend. It was my first time having "real" sushi, at a "real" sushi bar. We ordered a variety of sushi, including sushi with salmon, eel and crabmeat. Debbie recommended the eel and it was really good.
I was surprised how chewey sushi was. Once I got past the texture, it was pretty good. I wasn't a big fan of the salmon though--it made me want to gag. My favorite was the California rolls. Probably not considered "real" sushi by some, but I love crab meat (even if it's artificial).
