Saying Goodbye

Some good friends of ours recently moved away. Far away. A whole state away. These friends have been a big part of our life since we moved here. We spent practically all summer together last year and besides our kids being buds, we were close friends as parents. What's weird about the whole thing is that everything changed in our lives at the same time. We talked a lot about all the things that were changing--including our jobs. And for them, that meant moving to another state, to a new house and a new neighborhood.

We are really going to miss them this summer. We already do.
